Blackmore Borley Limited have developed a specific insurance policy called "Regulatory Insurance Policy" to protect FSA regulated individuals. It is intended to provide individuals with the protection from the enormous financial consequences of being investigated by the FSA.

The policy will cover the legal expenses incurred from the investigation. The placement structure we have adopted to cover the exposures is not available from other sources or insurers.
